A key aspect of participants learning a 4 week internship that aims to provide hands on authentic and real time experience in enterprise organizations. This internship is in partnership with with leading enterprise organizations. This is to further enhance their skills, expand their capacity and grow their competencies. The objective is to challenge their knowledge and reactions in real life scenarios ensuring that they are able to transfer their learning in fast paced environments.
In order to track their learning, participants are to journal their learning experiences by giving detailed outlines of their day to day activities. This Journal is to be signed weekly by the intern supervisor and will be reviewed by our facilitators. The Journals will be used to asses participants focus, attention to detail and commitment to the learning process during the internship.
